He believes too many people are counting down to the weekend and wishing their life away. He wants to remind us that life is a short and precious gift, teach us how to challenge current habits and find new ways of thinking. You’ll also hear from Lizi Stewart from Atkins and Laura Brunton from The Clear Company on how being your authentic self at work is linked to positive wellbeing.
