Shift work presents a unique set of challenges that can disrupt work-life balance, making it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We all know that sleep, healthy diet, nutrition, vitamin D and exercises, are especially important when being a shift worker but how can you make healthy habits a consistent part of your life?
