This Wellbeing Wednesday our host, Lucy McAuliffe from Network Rail, chatted to Claire Levy and Lee Calladine from the Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation. Lee, who lives with type 1 and Claire, who lives with type 2, discussed the differences between their conditions, the risk factors of diabetes, signs and symptoms to look out for in yourself and others, and where to find more information and support.

However, your fitness will build from day one and after a few months of training, you might be surprised what you can do.
