Better food choices to improve your health and wellbeing

The food and drink we consume every day has a profound impact, not only on our physical health but our mental health too. That’s why it’s so important to know the facts about what we’re putting into our bodies. Niamh McMahon discusses how to make better food choices to improve our overall health and wellbeing.

In the short five minute video Niamh will talk about what constitutes a balanced diet and will provide practical tips on how to achieve better overall health through a more informed understanding of the food and drink we consume each day, from fruit and veg, to bread and sugar.
